Suppliers must uphold the human rights of workers and treat them with dignity and respect as understood by the international community.
- Prohibition of Child Labor: Suppliers must not employ anyone under the minimum legal age for employment. We strictly prohibit any work that deprives children of their childhood or potential.
- Modern Slavery & Forced Labor: All work must be voluntary. Suppliers shall not use any form of forced, bonded, or indentured labor, including human trafficking.
- Fair Compensation: Compensation paid to workers shall comply with all applicable wage laws, including those relating to minimum wages and legally mandated benefits.
- Anti-Discrimination: Suppliers shall provide a workplace free of harassment and unlawful discrimination based on race, gender, religion, or disability.
2. Information Security & AI Ethics
Given our focus on data sovereignty, Suppliers with access to our assets must adhere to strict technological protocols:
- Data Protection: Suppliers must comply with the UK GDPR and implement robust technical measures to protect proprietary intelligence.
- AI Integrity: Partners providing AI-related components must ensure their models are free from prohibited biases and comply with our standards for algorithmic transparency.
- Cybersecurity Audits: We reserve the right to assess a Supplier’s cybersecurity posture to ensure the integrity of our digital supply chain.
3. Business Ethics & Anti-Corruption
Suppliers must conduct their business in full compliance with all applicable laws and regulations:
- Anti-Bribery: Suppliers shall not engage in any form of corruption, extortion, or embezzlement. Bribery to obtain an unfair or improper advantage is strictly forbidden.
- Conflict of Interest: Suppliers must disclose any situation that may appear as a conflict of interest in their dealings with Trinity Protection World Limited.
- Intellectual Property: Intellectual property rights must be respected; transfer of technology and know-how must be done in a manner that protects intellectual property rights.
4. Environmental Sustainability

5. Compliance & Reporting
Suppliers are expected to maintain documentation necessary to demonstrate compliance with this Code. Any suspected violations must be reported immediately to our central communication channel:
