Trinity Protection World Limited is committed to the highest standards of openness, integrity, and accountability. Our "Speak Up" Policy (Whistleblowing) empowers employees, partners, and stakeholders to report concerns about suspected misconduct without fear of reprisal.
1. Scope and Objective
This policy provides a secure framework for reporting concerns that are in the public interest or relate to a breach of our internal values. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Financial malpractice, fraud, or corruption.
- Failure to comply with legal or regulatory obligations.
- Breaches of data sovereignty or AI ethics protocols.
- Danger to health, safety, or the environment.
- Intentional concealment of any of the above.
2. Anonymity and Confidentiality
We encourage individuals to identify themselves to facilitate a thorough investigation. However, we recognize the importance of discretion. Reports can be submitted anonymously.
Trinity Protection World Limited will take every reasonable step to protect the identity of the reporter and ensure the information remains confidential within the investigation team.
3. Non-Retaliation Commitment
Zero Tolerance for Retaliation: Any person who reports a concern in good faith will be protected from any form of retaliation, victimisation, or detriment. Any employee found to be retaliating against a whistle-blower will face immediate disciplinary action, up to and including termination.
4. How to Speak Up
Reports should be submitted through our central ethics communication channel. This channel is monitored by our Compliance and Ethics department.
